CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Musafirbaba acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers, restaurants, and visa processing agencies. We do not own, operate, or control these services. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective service providers.
2.3 No Guarantees
While we endeavor to provide accurate information and quality services, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:
Availability of services at the time of booking
Quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of third-party services
Accuracy of information provided by third-party vendors
Uninterrupted or error-free website functionality
3. Booking Terms and Conditions
3.1 Booking Authorization
By making a booking, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
You have obtained necessary permissions from all travelers included in the booking
You accept full responsibility for the booking and all associated costs
You acknowledge that bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed ONLY upon:
Receipt of required payment (advance or full, as applicable)
Issuance of written confirmation from Musafirbaba via email or SMS
Verification of availability from all service providers
No verbal confirmation, phone conversation, or preliminary inquiry constitutes a confirmed booking.
3.3 Information Accuracy and Liability
You are solely responsible for providing accurate information including:
Legal names as per government-issued identification documents
Correct passport details for international travel
Valid contact information (email, phone number, address)
Special requirements, medical conditions, dietary restrictions
Age, nationality, and visa status
IMPORTANT: Musafirbaba shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by you, including denied boarding, visa rejections, cancelled reservations, or additional costs incurred.
3.4 Name Changes and Corrections
Name changes or corrections after booking confirmation may not be possible for certain services (particularly air tickets). Where permitted, name changes are subject to:
Service provider policies and availability
Additional fees and charges
Written request submitted at least 15 days prior to departure
Our absolute discretion to approve or deny the request
3.5 Multiple Bookings
We reserve the right to cancel duplicate or multiple bookings made by the same customer without prior notice. Only one confirmed booking per itinerary per customer will be honored unless explicitly arranged for group travel.
4. Payment Terms and Financial Obligations
4.1 Payment Methods
Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, or bank transfer. All payments are subject to verification and authorization.
4.2 Payment Schedule and Default
Advance Payment: Minimum 25-50% of total package cost required at booking
Balance Payment: Must be paid 15-30 days before departure (as specified in booking confirmation)
Late Payment: Failure to pay balance on time may result in automatic cancellation with forfeiture of advance payment
Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment required immediately for bookings made within 15 days of departure
4.3 Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or refunds.
4.4 Currency and Conversion
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are subject to change, and any fluctuations will be borne by the customer.
4.5 Price Modifications
We reserve the absolute right to modify prices at any time before booking confirmation due to:
Changes in government taxes, GST, or service charges
Fuel surcharges imposed by airlines or transport providers
Currency exchange rate fluctuations
Increases in accommodation or service provider costs
Changes in visa fees or processing charges
Force majeure circumstances
Price modifications after booking confirmation may be applied in exceptional circumstances, and customers will be notified accordingly.
4.6 Hidden Costs Disclaimer
Package prices include only services explicitly mentioned in the itinerary. All personal expenses, optional activities, meals not specified, tips, laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, and any services not mentioned are excluded and will be borne by the customer.
4.7 Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to make payment as per the agreed schedule will result in:
Automatic cancellation of booking
Forfeiture of all amounts paid
Loss of reserved services and accommodations
No refund or compensation
5. Cancellation by Customer

5.1 Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be effective only upon written acknowledgment by Musafirbaba.
5.2 Non-Refundable Components
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
Flight tickets (domestic and international)
Train tickets booked through IRCTC or other railway systems
Visa application fees and processing charges
Travel insurance premiums
Cruise bookings
Special event tickets (concerts, festivals, sporting events)
Peak season hotel bookings (as specified)
Payment gateway and processing fees
5.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to join the tour, missed flights/trains, late arrival, or voluntary abandonment of the tour after commencement will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows under any circumstances.
6. Cancellation, Modification, or Termination by Musafirbaba
6.1 Right to Cancel
We reserve the unconditional right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour or booking without liability for:
Insufficient number of participants (minimum group size not met)
Natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies
Political unrest, civil disturbances, terrorism, or war
Government restrictions, travel bans, or regulatory changes
Safety and security concerns
Force majeure events beyond our control
Operational or logistical constraints
6.2 Alternative Arrangements
In case of cancellation by Musafirbaba, we will offer:
Alternative travel dates for the same package, OR
Alternative tour package of equivalent value, OR
Full refund of amounts paid (excluding non-refundable components)
We shall not be liable for any consequential losses, additional expenses, or compensation beyond the refund of amounts paid.
6.3 Right to Terminate Participation
We reserve the absolute right to terminate any customer's participation in a tour without refund if:
Customer behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or dangerous
Customer violates local laws or regulations
Customer fails to follow instructions from tour managers or guides
Customer engages in harassment, discrimination, or violence
Customer is intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances
Customer causes damage to property or facilities
Customer's actions endanger themselves or other travelers
Customer has provided false information during booking
No refund will be provided for termination due to customer misconduct.
7. Travel Documents and Legal Compliance
7.1 Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
Obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits)
Ensuring passport validity of at least 6 months beyond return date
Meeting all visa requirements for destination countries
Obtaining necessary vaccinations and medical certificates
Securing travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Carrying valid photo identification at all times
7.2 Visa Assistance Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: While we provide visa assistance and documentation support, we do not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
Musafirbaba shall not be held liable for:
Visa rejections, delays, or denials for any reason
Errors or omissions in visa applications
Changes in visa policies or requirements
Additional costs incurred due to visa issues
Travel disruptions caused by visa-related problems
Visa fees paid are non-refundable regardless of approval outcome.
7.3 Health and Medical Requirements
Travelers must:
Disclose all pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking
Carry necessary medications and prescriptions
Obtain medical clearance for high-altitude destinations (if applicable)
Comply with COVID-19 protocols and vaccination requirements (if applicable)
Obtain medical insurance covering emergency evacuation
Musafirbaba is not responsible for medical emergencies, health issues, or inadequate medical facilities at destinations.
7.4 Legal Compliance
You must comply with all laws, regulations, customs, and cultural norms of destinations visited. Any legal issues, fines, penalties, detention, or deportation arising from your actions are solely your responsibility. Musafirbaba will not provide legal assistance or bear any related costs.
8. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
8.1 Intermediary Status
Musafirbaba acts only as an intermediary and booking agent. We are NOT responsible for:
Quality, safety, or suitability of accommodations, transport, or activities
Actions, omissions, negligence, or defaults of third-party service providers
Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or transport operators
Overbooking, denied boarding, or schedule changes by service providers
Food quality, hygiene standards, or dining experiences
Accidents, injuries, or deaths during travel
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or luggage
Natural disasters, weather conditions, or environmental hazards
Strikes, labor disputes, or operational disruptions
Technology failures or website errors
8.2 Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall Musafirbaba's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or personal injury.
8.3 Assumption of Risk
By booking with Musafirbaba, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel including but not limited to:
Transportation accidents or mishaps
Illness, disease, or health complications
Adventure activities and physical exertion
Criminal activities or theft
Political instability or civil unrest
Natural disasters or extreme weather
You agree to hold Musafirbaba harmless from any claims arising from such risks.
8.4 Third-Party Liability
Service providers (airlines, hotels, activity operators) have their own terms, conditions, and liability limitations. You agree to pursue claims directly with the respective service provider and not hold Musafirbaba liable for their actions or omissions.
8.5 Photographic Accuracy Disclaimer
Images and photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual accommodations, destinations, and services may vary from promotional materials. We make no guarantees regarding visual accuracy.
9. Travel Insurance Requirement
9.1 Mandatory Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation and interruption
Medical emergencies and evacuation
Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage
Flight delays and missed connections
Personal accidents and liability

9.2 Insurance Claims
Musafirbaba merely facilitates insurance arrangements and is not an insurance provider. All insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance company. We are not responsible for claim denials, delays, or disputes.
9.3 Uninsured Travel Risk
Traveling without insurance is done entirely at your own risk. Musafirbaba shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or emergencies that could have been covered by insurance.
10. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct
10.1 Punctuality
You must arrive on time for all scheduled departures, pickups, flights, trains, and activities. We are not responsible for missed services due to your late arrival. No refunds will be provided for missed services.
10.2 Acceptable Behavior
All travelers must:
Behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, tour staff, and local communities
Follow instructions from tour managers, guides, and drivers
Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural sensitivities
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
Refrain from illegal activities, harassment, or violence
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption or drug use
Not engage in any activity that endangers others
10.3 Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or contraband
Engaging in illegal activities or criminal behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or offensive conduct

10.4 Consequences of Misconduct

Musafirbaba shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to force majeure circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify tours without liability for consequential losses.
11.3 No Refund for Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, refunds (if any) will be limited to recoverable amounts from service providers, minus administrative costs. Non-refundable components will not be refunded.
12. Itinerary Changes and Modifications
12.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the absolute right to modify, alter, or substitute any aspect of the itinerary including:
Accommodation properties (with equivalent alternatives)
Sightseeing activities and attractions
Transportation modes or routes
Meal arrangements
Tour guides or staff
12.2 Reasons for Changes
Modifications may be necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, operational requirements, service provider changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
12.3 No Compensation
No refunds, compensation, or price reductions will be provided for itinerary changes, unless the changes substantially alter the overall nature of the tour package.

Post-Tour: Submit a written complaint via email within 7 days of tour completion
Our Response: We will investigate and respond within 15 business days
Failure to report issues during the tour significantly limits our ability to resolve them and may affect claim validity.
17.2 Limitation Period
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
17.3 No Public Defamation
You agree not to post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews on public platforms before allowing us reasonable opportunity to address your concerns. Malicious or false reviews may result in legal action.
17.4 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
