Indian citizens living in the UAE will now use a new system for passport, visa and other consular services. From 22 July 2026, Indian passport services in the UAE, along with visa and attestation services, are being handled through AlHind Tours & Travels.
The services are now available at 16 Indian Consular Application Centres across the UAE. This means applicants will no longer need to visit the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General of India in Dubai for regular application submission.

How to Book an Appointment?
Applicants can book an appointment online through the official consular service portal.
New appointment slots are released every day at:
9:00 AM
9:00 PM
Applicants should book their appointment in advance before visiting an Indian Consular Application Centre.
Centre Timings
The Indian Consular Application Centres will operate from:
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Applicants can enter the centre only 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
Walk-In Services Available for Some Applicants
Walk-in services are available for selected categories of applicants. These include

Senior citizens aged 60 years and above

AlHind Service Fee
