🚌 Day 1: Delhi – Sankri (Drive 450 km / 10-11 hrs)

Evening departure from Delhi by AC Tempo Traveller.

Overnight journey to Sankri (base village).

DAY 2

🌄 Day 2: Arrive Sankri – Local Exploration

Morning arrival at Sankri (altitude ~6,400 ft).

Check-in at guesthouse, freshen up, and relax.

Evening explore Sankri village & enjoy sunset views.

🥾 Day 3: Sankri – Juda Ka Talab (Trek 4 km / 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast, start trek to Juda Ka Talab (~9,000 ft).

Reach campsite near the frozen lake.

Post breakfast, trek toward Kedarkantha base camp (~11,200 ft).

Reach base camp and rest for acclimatization.

🏕️ Overnight stay at base camp.

DAY 5

🌅 Day 5: Kedarkantha Summit (12,500 ft) – Descend to Sankri

Early morning start for summit climb (4 km trek).

Witness sunrise from the top with panoramic Himalayan views (Swargarohini, Black Peak).

Descend back to Sankri by evening.

The balance tour amount must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.

Failure to pay the balance amount within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the advance amount shall be forfeited.

This is a fixed group departure; the itinerary, travel dates, hotels, and transport are pre-planned and cannot be changed for individual participants.

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sequence of sightseeing, or accommodation due to operational reasons, weather conditions, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances, without compromising the overall travel experience.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

For trekking or high-altitude destinations, participants must assess their own physical fitness. The company will not be responsible for health-related issues arising during the tour.

Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property during the tour shall be borne by the concerned participant.

The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group departure if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In such cases, alternate options or a full refund will be provided.

More than 30 days before departure:• ₹1,999 per person (booking amount) will be deducted. Balance amount will be refunded.

15-30DAYS

15–30 days before departure:• 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

7-14DAYS

7–14 days before departure:• 75% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

<7NO SHOW

Less than 7 days before departure or No-Show:• 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted. No refund will be applicable.

CANCELLATION BY COMPANY:

• If the tour is cancelled by MusafirBaba due to operational reasons or insufficient group size, the customer will be offered:

An alternate departure date OR

A full refund of the amount paid (excluding any non-refundable third-party charges, if applicable).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after confirmation of cancellation.

No refund will be provided for any unused services, early departure, or missed sightseeing during the tour.
